Hello!
Since obtaining my Master's Degree in 2009 from California State University, Northridge, I have helped hundreds of individuals, couples, and families achieve greater happiness and quality of life by allowing me to be part of their journey. I received my license in 2011, worked for a group practice for 3 years, in 2015, I took the leap of faith and opened my private practice doors providing support to local and distant clients in California. I continue to lead a successful private practice with referrals from trusted colleagues and clients.
I offer a serene, warm environment that eases you from the very first session.
I am certified in Self Meaning Based Therapy (SMB-T), have advanced training and experience in Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting (BSP), Neuropsychology, and Family Systems/Roles, which all correlate to attachments and development to self, others, and the world around you. My practice emphasis on anxieties, depression, attachment injuries, relational repairs, addiction/recovery, building esteem/personal voice, and life transitions

Through awareness of self, relational dynamics of all kinds, narratives/stories, attachments/repairs, and updated coping skills, I work effectively and efficiently towards your goals to find greater fulfillment and meaning in your self, relationships, and improving your quality of life.
Office located n Mission Valley and Telehealth also offered.
My hours are: Monday-Friday 10-6
Saturday 2x month
