Since obtaining my Master's Degree in 2009 from California State University, Northridge, I have helped hundreds of individuals, couples, and families achieve greater happiness and quality of life by allowing me to be part of their journey. After getting licensed in 2011 and working for a group practice for 4 years, in 2015 I took the leap of faith and opened my private practice doors providing support to local and distant clients in California.
I offer a serene, warm environment that eases you from the very first session.
I am certified in Self Meaning Based Therapy (SMB-T) and have advanced training and experience in Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting (BSP), Neuropsychology, and Family Systems/Roles, which all correlate to attachments and development to self, others, and the world around you. My practice emphasis on anxieties, depression, attachment injuries, relational repairs, addiction/recovery, building esteem/personal voice, and life transitions
I truly love what I do and am so fortunate that most of my private practice is from referrals of current and past clients including trusted colleagues.
I meet you where you are presently with the dedication to support you where want to be.
Through awareness of self, relational dynamics of all kinds, narratives/stories, attachments/repairs, and updated coping skills, I work effectively and efficiently towards your goals to find greater fulfillment and meaning in your self, relationships, and improving your quality of life.
